Your calender should be cleared and you should stay home because you will be using the bathroom a lot. That’s part of the process.

The next tip is, don’t get processed foods. Any kind because these foods contain white flour and sugar which are considered unhealthy for you.

Another important tip is to eat foods with fiber. Doing this will help your digestive system clean out. There are some juices out there with fiber if you’re a juice person.

Getting lots of veggies and fruits is really good for you. A tip would be to eat lots of salads or blackberries.

When you are picking out your food and you don’t like something, the great thing is that these days there is a variety of food items available. You can also research online some of the high-fiber food items that you can find in the store that will help you with cleaning your colon.

One thing that people make the mistake of not doing when they are trying to detoxify their body is they don’t exercise. It is important that you exercise during this time because it will help with getting those toxins out faster. If you don’t exercise it might slow down the process. The great thing between getting rid of unhealthy toxins and exercising, you are bound to lose a lot of weight.

Before you decide on anything you should talk to your doctor about it. They will be your guide and directions on where to go and what to do. If you are pregnant or on meds, then don’t do this process without the help of your doctor.
