Once, we begin to realize now that to soothe our soul we must look inward within ourselves and no longer be distracted by the Egos desires you will quickly discover the power that Meditation has in regards to soothing the Soul by quieting the mind.
But there is even more; when you begin to quiet the mind and “soothe the soul” what you may begin to discover is that you will have a sense of ease, peace, and contentment within and without the desires of the Ego.
